Corks + Caftans

Saratoga Insider contribution.

July 23, 2010 Leave a Comment

My little contribution to the Saratoga Insider book, for sale here:

Rather than write something specific about a place/thing I love in Saratoga, I opted to talk about the way Saratoga has helped me appreciate seasons—specifically, Spring. Coming from Florida, you have Summer, Oyster Season, Football Season, and Midge Season.

Rob wrote a great blurb also, highlighting Friday’s free wine tastings at Purdy’s in Saratoga Springs. And, in true Rob fashion, was able to compare wine tasting to trying out deli samples, but “less germy.”

Thanks to everyone at the TU! More on the awesome polo match we attended in honor of the book’s release later.
