Corks + Caftans

Quelques films étrangers.

April 10, 2011 2 Comments

I’m never not midway through a film or two on Netflix instant; I’m also never not constantly snapping screenshots while I do. A few of my favorites. Consider them recommendations, as well.

[Jules et Jim (FR), A Nos Amours (FR), Last Tango in Paris (FR), Lady Chatterley’s Lover (FR), Happenstance (FR), The Man of My Life (FR), En La Cama (Chile), Burnt Money (Argentina).]

I own all of the above except Last Tango; Brando’s creepiness far outweighs her fantastic wardrobe. I consider The Man of My Life to be one of the most visually stunning films ever made, and I let Lady Chatterley’s Lover (director’s cut) play sometimes during the day when I’m by myself working—the unfiltered nature sounds make me happy to be alive.
