Corks + Caftans

Getting down like Duran Duran in 1985.

Summer’s about to peace out. And you know what that means, right? Fall. Or, more specifically, fall harvest.

That’s right, kiddies, Rob’s off to Oregon again!

We’ve been initiating nightly send-off celebrations, which means we’re not really doing anything different, just have more exciting names to put to our normal routines.

These figs are just the gift that keeps on giving:

We’re out at the beach living it up on Rob and Carey time. Meaning, we can stay up as late as we want without raising eyebrows, and can go to bed without having to kick anyone out.

31 is so weird sometimes…

Therefore, meet my new theme song:

Everybody’s writing songs with synthesizers, but I don’t have a synthesizer / I can still get down like Duran Duran in 1985.

I didn’t name my band after an animal / I don’t have any feathers or neon clothes / But I can stay out all night like Sacajawea in a paint fight.
